The contrct for lease of safe under the Bulgarian Commerce Act

With the lease of safe the lessor provides the lessee with the use of a safe in secured premises for a fixed term for consideration. The safe allows for storage of valuables and securities, other property and documents. The contents of the safe can only be accessed by the lessee. The safe cannot contain anything that could potentially threaten the security of the safe and the lessor, nor any property prohibited by law. Upon termination of the contract for failure to pay the agreed consideration, the lessor may request the opening of the safe and establishing its contents with the participation of a notary. The objects found in the safe remain for safekeeping with the lessor, who is respectively owed damages for the costs incurred as well as compensation.
